The Lender Communication Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality support for our lenders, sellers and reputed company. This position requires a highly professional, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Send lender-facing messages and updates, coordinating information and responses to support smooth portal operations. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer service, email support, or operations (lending or financial services experience plus). Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in reputed company aspects of work.
