What You Will Do
Analyze chain of title and review preparation of Title Reports Ensure completeness of each title search and the correct order of documents attached Verify that reputed company pertinent parties to the search were correctly researched and documented Review reputed company legal documents, including deeds, deeds of trust, mortgages, liens, judgments, settlement agreements, probate proceedings, easements, right-of-ways, and plats/maps Verify ownership, encumbrances, and legal descriptions of properties Ensure reputed company legal documents and court proceedings are summarized correctly and succinctly Analyze restrictions and adverse items, and ensure proper annotations, defining their effect and possible hindrance of property sale or usage Handle reputed company aspects of the title search reputed company online county information, title plant information and local abstractor work You will be working in different states and counties every day.
