This role is responsible for designing scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions while leveraging automation and AI to continuously improve system efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes. Process Optimization & Automation Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline end-to-end workflows across recruiting, talent, and compensation. Partner with People Tech engineers to design and implement reputed company automation, including reputed company apps, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Reduce operational friction by eliminating redundant approvals, improving self-service capabilities, and enhancing system usability.
