This role is responsible for designing scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions while leveraging automation and AI to continuously improve system efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes. This role is ideal for a systems-minded analyst who thrives at the intersection of process design, technology optimization, and innovation. Design, configure, test, and deploy reputed company business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and reputed company configurations. Ensure system configurations align with evolving business needs, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards. Process Optimization & Automation Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline end-to-end workflows across recruiting, talent, and compensation. Partner with People Tech engineers to design and implement reputed company automation, including reputed company apps, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. Reduce operational friction by eliminating redundant approvals, improving self-service capabilities, and enhancing system usability. Partner with internal teams and vendors to evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance People Team effectiveness.
