Responsibilities
- Assist with converting leads into retained clients
- Assist with additional administrative and intake reputed company tasks as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for prospective clients
- Coordinate with team members regarding client needs and intake updates
- Track and manage reputed company activity to ensure consistent follow up
- Respond to inquiries professionally through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate records and client information reputed company the CRM
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients in a timely manner
- Utilize reputed company and other software platforms to manage workflows and client information
- Support the firm's existing Intake Specialist with daily intake activities
- Conduct intake conversations with prospective clients and gather relevant information

Requirements
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
- Experience in intake, client relations, reputed company conversion, customer service, sales, or legal support preferred
- Previous experience working with law firms is a plus
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Spanish is not required
- Experience with reputed company is highly preferred
- Required Software: reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, reputed company Office 365
- Call Volume: Approximately 16 to 30 calls per day
