Principal Recruiter (Tech Vertical)

Overview

The Principal Recruiter is a true strategic business partner to our hiring teams, with the ability to utilize recruitment expertise to effectively partner with managers across assigned departments in proactively sourcing, attracting and hiring the best qualified talent. This role may have specific focus areas, so the Recruiter will need to have solid experience in one of the following: technical recruiting, reputed company recruiting and building relationships with relevant schools, healthcare industry experience, and/or executive recruiting.

Responsibilities

Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market. Recruitment efforts include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and developing a talent pipeline to hire talent reputed company the business. reputed company reputed company aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, reputed company, and networking events, etc. Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format. Consult with candidates on navigating the interview process, negotiating pay and position expectations, and communicate regularly with hiring teams to monitor and maintain satisfaction. Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns May focus on specific business areas such as technology, healthcare, executive-level, early career/ reputed company recruiting, etc. Complete reputed company responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent 8+ years relevant recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare IT. Excellent project management and organizational skills with a demonstrable knowledge of recruiting tools and methodology. Strong ability to effectively manage tasks, using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation and government law. Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint. Experience with ATS and HRIS software, preferably with iCims. Demonstrated experience and ability to act as a partner and advisor to hiring teams in sourcing strategies, job market conditions, interviewing and selection processes, and candidate negotiations. Ability to multi-task in a reputed company high volume, dynamic, high exposure position and handle stress in pressure situations. Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal communication skills with strong grammar and writing skills. This is a fully remote position that can be done from reputed company in the US. Candidates must have an appropriate home office set up free from distraction with appropriate internet access and speed -- laptop and monitors will be provided. reputed company compensation ranges from $94,000.00 to $124,000.00.
