This leader will manage a specialized team of consultants and consulting software developers responsible for delivering creative solutions to reputed company business, functional, and technical concerns for federal customers.

Responsibilities

Skills

  • 4+ years of people management or technical leadership experience, including leading senior individual contributors, technical teams, or multiple reputed company work groups
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team performance, provide clear feedback, reputed company talent, address underperformance, and reputed company sound talent decisions in partnership with HR and leadership
