We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical reputed company of contact for clients, providing expert advice on implementation, optimisation, and ongoing support. Requirements

What it takes to succeed: Deep understanding of payments and banking as a service, with proven expertise in payment data management. ISO 8583 knowledge 8–10 years of experience managing enterprise clients across multiple countries and cultures, with exposure to multinational corporations & banks. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite for data analysis, communication, and presentations. Exceptional customer service orientation and ability to build strong client relationships. Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives.
