The Job: As a HR Project Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoor Supply Chain team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to: reputed company job requisition lifecycle, ensuring roles are accurately scoped, approved, and reputed company. Collaborate with reputed company to prioritize hiring needs and monitor reputed company against staffing plans. Maintain job descriptions and profiles in alignment with job architecture and levelling frameworks. Manage headcount reporting and workforce data across the Americas distribution network. Monitor vacancies, workforce changes, and organizational movements. Ensure accuracy and reputed company of HR systems, including job and organizational updates. Maintain HR KPI scorecards to track site performance. Compile and organize data for talent reviews and succession planning discussions. Coordinate performance management processes. Facilitate internal mobility, promotions, and organizational changes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and consistent application of company policies. Collaborate with site HR teams to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment. Provide HR business partner support to a small client group spread across the United States. You also have: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field. 5+ years of HR experience supporting distribution, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations. Strong experience in requisition management, workforce data, and HR reporting. Experience supporting hourly populations and multi-site environments. Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., reputed company) and reporting tools.
