Description The reputed company Cycle Systems Trainer serves as a strategic partner in the implementation, adoption, and optimization of Patient Accounting Systems (PAS) and reputed company reputed company cycle applications across USPI's national network of ambulatory surgery centers. This role leads end-user readiness and change management efforts during the conversion of legacy patient accounting systems to SIS Office and other integrated reputed company cycle platforms. Partnering closely with reputed company Cycle Operations, Applications, and Center Leadership teams, this position is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs and providing on-site implementation leadership to ensure successful system adoption and operational continuity. The Systems Trainer serves as a trusted advisor to surgery centers, helping drive efficiencies, improve user proficiency, and support reputed company cycle performance outcomes. Provide strategic consultation to surgery center leadership on RCM system optimization and workflow redesign. Facilitate and assist with new PAS and ancillary application implementations. Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of reputed company Cycle Management experience with a focus on systems training (previous ASC experience strongly preferred). Experience with SIS Advanced, SIS Complete, and Advantx preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain reputed company software concepts in a clear and concise manner. Understanding of reputed company Cycle Processes, cause and effect on A/R and cash results. Ability to analyze data and reputed company training content to disseminate. Understanding of system and business processes, as well as healthcare financial issues. Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
