We are currently seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to support a federal client with a business and IT modernization project. The project will be enhancing an existing application that automates a variety of tasks. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide effective leadership of Scrum teams and Agile processes.
• Mentor team members on Agile methods and best practices.
• Work with Scrum teams to ensure that the principles of the Scrum methodology are leveraged.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading Agile Scrum Teams and a solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
• Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Computer Science or Management Information Systems) or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of IT work experience as an application developer, business analyst, or project manager
• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to concisely describe business requirements.
• Documentation of business requirements. Examples of documentation include business requirement specifications (BSR), context diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Understanding of Web-based enterprise software, .Net reputed company, C#, javascript, AJAX, and databases
• Working knowledge of database systems
• Understanding of user interfaces and most common approaches reputed company in GUIs.
• Presentation of requirements findings and mockups for review with sponsors and end users
