Staff Software Engineer The Role As a Staff Software Engineer, you will shape the technical direction and architecture of your business unit/vertical. You’ll drive innovation across verticals, solve large-scale system challenges, and mentor senior engineers to maximize impact. You operate with autonomy and influence outcomes at the vertical and/or organizational level.
