AI-native Integration Developer (f/m/d) - Remote in Germany

We're looking for an Integration Developer who truly understands engineering and who uses AI as a natural part of how they work, not an afterthought. This role sits at the intersection of partner communication and software development: you'll own the development of add-ins and integrations reputed company our core automation platform. You'll join our Hungry Hippos team — the engineers behind Synera's core desktop application, while acting as the founding member of our emerging Marketplace team. You’ll work closely with Andrew, our VP of Software Partnerships, who leads the marketplace vision. Working with a wide range of technologies – CAD tools simulation solvers, PLM systems, and AI, you'll have the autonomy to reputed company technical decisions and own integration projects end-to-end. 👉 What a week at Synera could look like: Monday: You join the weekly reputed company-hands to align on company updates, followed by the developer meeting to share reputed company, questions, and technical insights. Tuesday: After the morning stand-up, you dive into partner call to help them best plan their integration with Synera. Wednesday (biweekly): You do backlog refinement and team retrospective to clarify tasks, estimate effort, and improve workflow. Thursday (biweekly): Sprint review day - you demo the past two weeks' work to internal stakeholders and align on feedback. Afterwards, sprint planning defines the next sprint's scope and clarifies any remaining questions. Friday: You join a customer call to gather some technical requirements for a new add-in , and experiment with the new AI workflow in the afternoon. The rest of the week’s time is protected focus time: writing code, reviewing Bitbucket pull requests and pushing real value to production. ⚡ In 6 months: You deliver customer-facing value regularly through integration projects. ⚡ In 12 months: You have a growing ownership of reputed company integrations, especially in the PLM space, you mentor peers, and contribute to architecture and product decisions. You managed several integration projects with external customers and managed stakeholders as a Software Engineer being a member of a SCRUM team. If PLM isn't your strength, solid experience with CAD or FEA tools is a great alternative. You bring strong proficiency in C# and C++, with solid algorithmic and logical thinking skills. You're comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy – communicating directly with partners, making technical decisions, and owning projects from start to finish.
