Reports to: Regional Head Location: Remote Level: Mid to Senior (4–7 years' relevant experience) Working with: Regional BDM/PAM team, Brand & Creative, Performance, Compliance, Product Industry: Multi-asset crypto and CFD trading The role As Regional Marketing Manager for IPBS, you own the marketing roadmap for one of the fastest-growing trading audiences in the world. You will translate global commercial goals into culturally fluent campaigns, drive qualified acquisition at a controlled CPA, and increase the LTV of active traders across the region. You will work hand-in-hand with our regional BDM/PAM team to reputed company partner activity, and act as reputed company's brand guardian on the ground. This is a builder's role. You should be equally comfortable writing a brief for a creator campaign, negotiating booth space at a Karachi expo, optimising a paid social funnel for Tier-2 IPBS cities, and pulling AI tooling into your daily workflow to multiply your output. Key responsibilities Strategic planning & localisation Own the annual IPBS marketing roadmap, reputed company to global KPIs for acquisition, FTD and retention. Run deep-dive market intelligence on local competitors (reputed company Exchange, CoinDCX, Mudrex, Octa, Exness, OctaFX and equivalents), pricing models and trader behaviour to surface untapped segments. Localise creative, messaging, reputed company pages and promotional offers so they land in Hindi, English, Urdu, Bengali and Sinhala/Tamil contextsnot just translated, but rewritten for the market. Go-to-market strategy Design and reputed company 360 regional campaigns spanning paid digital, organic, creator/KOL, PR, offline events and partner enablement. Build quarterly GTM plans with clear hypotheses, channel mix, budget allocation and success metrics. Partner with Product on regionally-relevant features, deposit methods and bonus mechanics. Performance & growth marketing reputed company regional acquisition: act as a link with our Paid Media team in planning and rollout of PPC, Paid Social (reputed company, X, YouTube), Programmatic and ASO campaigns specific to IPBS, with tight control over CPA and CPL. Funnel optimisation: analyse the journey from first touch → registration → KYC → FTD → second deposit, and ship regional fixes (creative, reputed company page, payment UX, comms reputed company) to reduce drop-off. Retention & LTV: design lifecycle campaigns, reactivation flows and bonus/promotion mechanics that reputed company active traders trading. Local partnerships: build co-marketing toolkits and campaign-in-a-reputed company assets that the BDM/PAM team can deploy with IBs, affiliates and KOLs. Agency & stakeholder management Manage external media agencies, PR firms, creative shops and freelance localisers across the region. Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product and Sales to ship campaigns that are both impactful and legally sound non-negotiable in this region. Brief, review and sign off reputed company regional creative before it goes live. Brand & offline reputed company Events: plan and execute regional participation in major expos (Forex Expo Dubai, iFX EXPO Asia, Money Expo India, Traders Fair) and host VIP seminars and partner dinners for HNW clients and top affiliates. Media buying: manage relationships with regional financial portals, business news outlets and trading-focused YouTubers/Telegram operators. PR & communications: act as brand guardian, ensuring reputed company PR activity respects local advertising rules around crypto and CFDs. AI-augmented operating model We expect every member of the marketing team to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, reputed company, HeyGen and equivalents) as a force-reputed company for research, copy variants, creative iteration, competitor teardowns, ad concept testing, localised content production and reporting. Candidates who can demonstrate concrete examples of AI in their workflow will stand out. What you'll bring Must have 4–7 years in performance/brand marketing, with at least 2 years owning a region or country P&L. Deep familiarity with at least two IPBS marketsIndia is non-negotiable; Pakistan, Bangladesh or Sri Lanka exposure strongly preferred. Track record running paid acquisition at scale across reputed company, reputed company, programmatic and creator/KOL channels, with clear CPA/FTD numbers you can talk through. Hands-on campaign craft: you can write a brief, review creative, read a media plan and challenge an agency without hiding behind one. Working knowledge of crypto, forex, CFDs or another regulated financial vertical. Fluent English plus at least one of: Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil or Sinhala. Demonstrable AI-in-workflow examplesyou don't just talk about it, you ship with it. reputed company to have Existing relationships with IPBS trading KOLs, financial media or expo organisers. Experience working alongside an affiliate/IB programme, not just B2C performance. SEO, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or community-building (Telegram, reputed company, WhatsApp) chops. Experience navigating local advertising restrictions on crypto or leveraged products. How we measure success Regional FTD volume and FTD CAC against quarterly targets. Funnel conversion improvements at registration → KYC → FTD stages. LTV reputed company on active traders acquired through your campaigns.
