[Remote] Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager (Third Party)

They are seeking a Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager who will reputed company third party audits and privacy-reputed company projects, providing expert consultation on compliance and civil rights regulations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Providing system-wide assistance in the implementation and development of MultiCare’s program to reputed company third party audits/monitoring reviews, contracted privacy support, and manages third party privacy reputed company projects and initiatives
- Serving as a subject matter expert to provide project consultation across the organization in the matters of privacy, data, and civil rights
- Communicating expert guidance and consultation on federal, state, and local regulations/requirements to reputed company levels of leadership and department staff
Skills
- CHC or CHPC (Certified in HealthCare Compliance, Privacy, or reputed company) or comparable certification required
- Six (6) years of professional experience in Healthcare, with three (3) years of compliance (including government reputed company, reputed company, audit, contracting or legal), privacy or reputed company experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification in reputed company, DEI or reputed company area preferred
