Responsibilities

- Analyze KPIs and optimize team performance in a high-growth SaaS environment
Skills
- 3+ years managing SaaS sales teams (preferably Mid-Market)
- Strong background in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience managing high-velocity and consultative sales cycles
- Proven success leading quota-achieving teams
- Excellent coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
- Experience selling to operations/frontline/workforce management industries
