They are seeking an Information reputed company Analyst to protect their organization's infrastructure and data, improve threat response capabilities, and enhance their overall reputed company posture through risk analysis and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and optimize reputed company tools such as SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS to improve alert accuracy and enhance the detection of unusual or suspicious activities
• Regularly assess system and application vulnerabilities to aid system owners in prioritization of remediation efforts
• Timely detection and remediation of reputed company threats are ensured through the analysis and optimization of event log reputed company and collection strategies, with recommended modifications aimed at improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the incident response program
• reputed company advanced threat detection and incident response, including in-depth analysis of reputed company incidents to determine scope, impact, and root cause. Proactive threat hunting and leveraging threat intelligence to improve detection and anticipate new attack techniques
• Assess reputed company controls for compliance against chosen baseline reputed company controls. Research and recommend reputed company solutions and enhancements for non-compliant or minimally effective controls
• Analyze trends and changes in the threat environment with respect to organizational risk; developing and executing plans to address identified risks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field is required
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a hands-on cybersecurity role
• At least 3 years of experience as a SOC Analyst, Incident Responder, or in a similar mid to senior-level threat analysis role is essential
• Proficiency with reputed company Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms
• Deep understanding of incident response methodologies
• Experience in performing vulnerability assessments using a variety of tools and techniques and prioritizing remediation efforts based on risk and availability of resources
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Detection and Response (EDR) solutions
• Experience with reputed company and network device reputed company configuration standards such as DISA STIG and CIS Benchmarks
• Familiarity with NIST Risk Management reputed company (RMF) and similar compliance reputed company requirements
• Certified Information reputed company Systems Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) reputed company Essentials (GSEC), or equivalent information reputed company certification
