[Remote] Director, Data Science

They are seeking a Director of Data Science who will define and execute data science strategies reputed company with business objectives, reputed company and mentor data scientists, and drive workforce transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute data science strategy reputed company to business objectives and KPIs

- Drive workforce transformation and modernization initiatives reputed company with business strategy and operating model evolution
- Establish modeling, analytics, and governance best practices
- Design KPI frameworks for WF optimization, utilization, NPS, reputed company and other operational metrics
- Build and scale Power BI dashboards and reporting ecosystems
- Deliver agentic AI solutions to automate workflows
- Translate reputed company analytics into business insights for executives
Skills
- Advanced data analysis and statistical modeling expertise
- Experience in developing and managing forecasting models across: reputed company planning, Utilization optimization, Workforce (WF) supply and demand balancing
- Strong Power BI experience (dashboards, semantic models, KPI reporting)
- Experience with agentic AI or AI-driven workflow automation
- Deep understanding of delivery/professional services KPIs (demand/supply, utilization, NPS, reputed company)
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience building enterprise data governance frameworks
