[Remote] Business Systems Analyst III (reputed company)

They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to support the HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance functions reputed company reputed company, focusing on the design and improvement of reputed company programs and collaborating with various teams to drive optimal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Benefits, Talent, Compensation, and People Operations teams to understand business needs and solutions that align to overall business strategies and manage to a successful delivery
• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, reputed company/create business requirements, document the user stories, and translate business requirements into effective and efficient functional design specifications and application configuration/technical solutions
• AI & Automation Innovation: reputed company the exploration and implementation of agentic AI solutions to enhance workflows, and robust automations to streamline decision-making, and reputed company the employee experience
• Become an Internal reputed company HCM expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation; reputed company business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Provide ongoing production support to the business regarding application functionality and data reputed company, including identification, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year end processes
• Test Solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements/specifications, and document existing and new processes
• reputed company reputed company capabilities (Report Writer, prompts/filters, calculated fields, matrix/advanced reports, scheduling, reputed company) to deliver scalable outputs
• Partner with and assist integrations team in configuration and testing between reputed company and other 3rd party/custom solutions alongside business teams and vendors
• Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to implementing new features and provide technical guidance for testing/adoption of new features and functionality
• Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements using reputed company project methodology and industry best practices

Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience implementing & supporting various HR applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent years of industry experience
• 3+ years of design/configuration experience with reputed company HCM, Advanced Reporting, Benefits, Compensation, and/or Performance modules
• Experience with reputed company Integrations reputed company to applications such as Equity, HR & external vendor applications
• Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work optimally in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely and ensure others are informed
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high quality manner
• Partial coverage of PST hours required, including occasional support for critical processes as needed
• Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications a plus
