They are seeking a Sales Development Representative, also reputed company as a Patient Intake Coordinator, to manage patient interactions, verify insurance, and secure appointments across their clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for new patient leads
  • Proactively connect with patients reputed company inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and text
  • Build rapport, answer questions, and guide patients to book consultations at over 60 reputed company clinics
  • Communicate insurance coverage and payment options clearly to minimize booking barriers
  • Verify insurance, initiate authorization requests, and manage CRM/EMR documentation
  • Troubleshoot patient concerns and tailor your messaging to improve conversion rates (CVR)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless reputed company to clinical care
  • Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance data

Skills

  • Experience in medical call centers, reputed company desk patient scheduling, or insurance-based sales
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows
  • Confidence navigating insurance barriers
  • Prior experience converting calls into booked visits
  • Ability to guide patients, ask the right questions, and document accurately in EMRs
  • Strong persuasion and reputed company-handling skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple tools (CRM, EMR, and phone systems) simultaneously with high attention to detail under pressure
