[Remote] Contract Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Propel Recruitment LLC is a Bay Area-based recruiting firm specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Administrative placements. They are seeking an reputed company Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and create exceptional candidate/client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal team and candidates to reputed company a strategic search approach resulting in excellent client service
• Manage recruitment efforts and maintain a consistent network / talent pipeline of engaged, qualified, and interested candidates
• reputed company, identify, and engage/reputed company top talent across Finance, Accounting, and Administrative functions
• Conduct candidate screening calls and in-depth interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications and career goals
• After sourcing, screening, qualification, and presentation of a candidate for a role, facilitate a warm reputed company to the assigned sales representative to reputed company candidate preparation, client introductions, interview coordination, etc
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to reputed company strategic search approaches
• Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records reputed company the ATS
• Create compelling, relevant job postings, reputed company messages, and candidate presentations in accordance with Propel's standards

Skills

• Availability during Pacific Time business hours, including responsiveness to candidates the the team during those hours
• Ability to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week
• 3+ years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, reputed company, or relevant client-facing professional services environment (preferably for finance and accounting job functions)
• Strong business writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with boolean and other search methods
• Create compelling, relevant job postings, reputed company messages, and candidate presentations in accordance with Propel's standards
• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred technical skills: reputed company Recruiter, LOXO, reputed company Suite
