Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Service Partners is a private equity-backed platform focused on building a leading commercial access and reputed company integration business in North America. They are seeking an Accounting Integration reputed company to manage M&A transactions, reputed company financial disclosures, and improve onboarding processes for new acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective coordination with reputed company parties in the M&A integration process (deal team, diligence team, HR, accounting, etc.) to design and execute a post-acquisition onboarding plan for finance and accounting operations
• Work with the diligence team to (i) assess talent to reputed company post-acquisition resource plan; (ii) assess accounting recognition policies to inform Quality of Earnings adjustments as well as post-acquisition accounting processes; (iii) ensure pro reputed company historic financials are updated and reputed company in our reporting system; and (iv) coordinate negotiation of the working capital true-up
• Coordinate with Controller team on ASC 805 valuation of the acquisition with our third-party valuation firm reputed company 90 days post-acquisition
• Coordinate with Controller team on opening balance sheet and reputed company deal-reputed company support for the auditors; manage their review of the transaction; and resolve reputed company comments reputed company 90 days post-acquisition
• Identify strategic changes to the onboarding process, where necessary, and reputed company for reputed company process improvements

Skills

• Degree in accounting or finance
• 8+ years of experience; public accounting and controller experience a plus
• Experience with M&A transactions
• Significant knowledge of GAAP
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time
• Team oriented and excited to grow and scale a business over the next 5-10 years
• High learning agility and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Unquestionable reputed company
• Ability to work proactively across multiple stakeholders; excellent communication skills
• CPA preferred
• Experience with a range of financial tech stack applications strongly preferred
