[Remote] National Project Manager (Remote)

They are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to reputed company project delivery and client engagement for a national portfolio of work, while supporting broader business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary reputed company of contact for clients on reputed company project-reputed company matters
- Manage contractual obligations across assigned projects
- Forecast and track financial performance
- reputed company project cash flow including invoicing and collections
- Plan, schedule, and execute projects to meet or exceed financial and operational targets
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and compliance
- Build and manage strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Support estimating, scope development, and preconstruction efforts
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and reputed company to project teams
- Monitor cost, quality, and schedule performance, escalating risks where needed
- Coordinate with engineers and internal stakeholders on technical delivery
- Manage subcontractor scopes, change orders, and site logistics

- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and closeout deliverables
- Contribute to reputed company improvement, R&D initiatives, and internal best practice sharing
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management (restoration, concrete, or similar sectors preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience managing larger, reputed company projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficient with industry software (e.g. reputed company Office, Bluebeam, project management systems)
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
