[Remote] Sr. IT Project Manager – M&A Infrastructure

The Senior IT Project Manager – M&A Infrastructure leads infrastructure initiatives supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, managing scope, schedule, resources, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- reputed company infrastructure projects across reputed company lifecycle phases, including due diligence, planning, execution, and stabilization
- Define project scope and deliverables across networking/connectivity, cloud/hosting, identity, and reputed company services
- reputed company and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate to maintain project momentum
- Support Day 1 readiness and Day 2 transition execution for M&A initiatives
- Maintain project governance, including status reporting, communication plans, and decision tracking
- Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and reputed company standards
- Facilitate retrospectives and reputed company improvement activities
Skills
- 6–8 years of experience leading IT projects
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
- Experience with M&A, system integrations, or infrastructure delivery
- Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking and connectivity
- Experience applying Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating vendors and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company projects
- Experience with tools such as reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or MS Project
- Strong problem-solving and execution focus
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent preferred
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe) a plus
- ITIL Foundation a plus
