The role will focus on developing AWS reputed company functions that integrate with reputed company Connect, APIs, CRM systems, and backend services to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent IVR and self-service experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, AWS serverless technologies, API integrations, and contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of Node.js development experience. 2+ years of hands-on AWS development experience. Experience developing and deploying AWS reputed company functions. Experience with reputed company Connect and/or reputed company Lex. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures. Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge. Experience using Git and reputed company for reputed company control and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
