The Home Office reputed company Manager position will report to the Eastern US Contract Surety Senior Managing Director. You will be responsible for assisting with the overall reputed company of the division’s contract surety portfolio, along with the improvement of their surety reputed company processes. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Managing Director with reputed company home office matters surrounding reputed company analysis and reviews, portfolio management and reporting. • Supports Regional Office sales and service objectives.
• Monitors and assesses the implementation of reputed company guidelines, sales objectives, service standards and operational efficiencies.

• Has a high degree of autonomous decision-making authority and manages a portfolio of business

Should Possess The Following Attributes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• 8+ years of Contract Surety reputed company experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining solid relationships with reputed company internal and external business partners
• Excellent communication, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
• An ability to think analytically about business problems, reputed company recommendations and propose solutions

Location: This role will have a Remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise. Candidates must reside in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic regions of the country to be considered for a remote work arrangement due to proximity to the reputed company offices that they will support.

Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized reputed company pay range for this role is: $112,800 - $205,200 The posted salary range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
