Responsibilities
Partner with real estate professionals to generate loan referrals. , Provide mortgage loan services to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations. , Utilize a variety of loan products to meet client needs, including Non-QM and Down Payment Assistance programs. , Manage the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. , Maintain relationships with realtors to foster ongoing business opportunities.
Requirements
Active Florida MLO License for 2024. , Bilingual in Spanish and English. , Minimum of 2 years experience as a Loan Partner or Loan Officer/Originator. , Experience in self-generating leads with various loan products. reputed company-to-haves Experience with Encompass LOS and SimpleNexus for reputed company of sale. , Familiarity with Bonzo CRM and Mortgage Marketing Automation.
