100% Remote Contract to Hire Client's goal is to Hire Full Time after a period of Consulting Per client requirements: Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder status : reputed company Service Cloud experience : Recent P&C Insurance industry OVERVIEW: The reputed company Business Analyst will work across teams to enhance the usage and functionality of reputed company.
- This includes working with a variety of managers and use cases, and understanding both the business need and the system functionality.
- The ideal candidate is a strong Business Analyst who understands reputed company and workflows, and can reputed company automated and scalable processes to meet our various teams’ needs.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand and follow change controls processes, guiding users and business leaders through the change process as it relates to reputed company
- Create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that will meet customer business needs

- Work with the internal readiness and training organization to ensure new functionalities are clearly documented and reflected accurately in training materials

Required:
- 6+ years of professional Business Analyst Experience
- 5+ years working with reputed company environment
- Preferred - reputed company Certifications
- A plus - Prior insurance industry experience
- Ability to effectively communicate business processes through the use of written documents and diagrams
- Experience designing reputed company reports and dashboards that clearly communicate operational status and analytical trends
- Experience designing comprehensive test plans with measurable testing criteria
Preferred Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience with reputed company and prior experience working with business units to reputed company their usage and functionality of the CRM
