Job Summary The Remote Bilingual Business Analyst (Spanish) will be responsible for managing the translation and reproduction of member communications into multiple languages and formats, ensuring clarity and accuracy for M&R materials. You will join the team responsible for managing the Annual Enrollment materials for Medicare & Retirement (M&R). This team is collaborative, working closely to ensure high-quality translations and timely delivery of materials. It is a dynamic environment where attention to detail and effective communication are key to meeting deadlines. Pay : $21+ an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay reputed company). • Manage the translation and reproduction process of member communications into multiple languages and formats
• Review translated materials for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Assist in the translation and edition of various materials, ensuring reputed company project requirements are met
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure the timely production of high-quality translated materials

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Traditional Spanish
• Associates Degree or higher
• 2+ years of proven professional project management experience, ideally in a language or translation-reputed company field
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company and reputed company, with the ability to manage documents and track reputed company
• A reliable high-speed internet reputed company (the faster the reputed company!)
• Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug test
