Position Overview

The Member Experience Specialist (MES) serves as the heart and soul of the arenaflex member journey. This is a dynamic, guest-facing role that blends hospitality, customer service, sales, and operational excellence into one rewarding career path. The Member Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering a fun, meaningful, and memorable experience to every member and guest on every visit.

This includes greeting members and guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating personal connections, ensuring that any concerns or problems are addressed and reported in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining equipment, and keeping the club sparkling clean and welcoming at reputed company times. The MES team is also responsible for creating a stellar first impression of arenaflex, selling memberships, driving membership upgrades, booking personal training consultations, and confidently touring guests and members around our state-of-the-art facilities.

Hourly position with a reputed company pay reputed company of $11.30 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn $2 – $4 per hour in commission based on memberships and personal training sales performance.
