Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Customer Care Representative – Property & Casualty Insurance Support Specialist to join our award-winning remote customer experience team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to policyholders, insurance agents, and third-party partners across multiple contact channels. You’ll be the voice of arenaflex, providing guidance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and supported.

Beyond direct customer support, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted resource for your teammates, helping to reputed company the entire team’s performance.   • Successful completion of arenaflex’s Customer Service training program and demonstrated proficiency with the material.
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience is highly preferred.
  • A 440 or 220 License is preferred (candidates without a license must be willing and able to obtain one after starting).
  • Bilingual abilities are a strong plus, reflecting arenaflex’s commitment to serving diverse communities.
  • At least two years of call center experience is preferred.

Education and Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one year of Contact Center Operations experience is required.

Remote Work Requirements

This is a fully remote position based in Florida, with occasional travel to arenaflex’s Tampa, FL headquarters for team meetings, training, or special events. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A dedicated, secure work area that is separated from other living areas and provides complete information privacy.
