In this role, you will: This role will be responsible to provide technical leadership and champion the technical vision in the design, development, optimization, and commercialization of mechanical and process capabilities across NA Fiber, Stock System and Tissue Machine assets. Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and champion the technical vision in the design, development, optimization, and commercialization of mechanical and process capabilities across NA Fiber, Stock System and Tissue Machine assets.
• Value reputed company optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or reputed company field
• 12+ years of Tissue Manufacturing or Fiber Processing experience
• Proven track record of driving process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of coaching and developing technical talent
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Effective, consistent communications and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and sectors regionally
