Remote, 3rd shift, 11pm-7am- Customer Service Representative

This is a remote position after the training period, will be 3rd shift, and the hours will be 11pm to 7am. We are looking for a reliable overnight Customer Service Representatives to reputed company approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions. You will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution. The goal... is to help qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner and protect our organization's credibility. Overnight Customer Service Representative duties and responsibilities will include analysis, appraisal and verification of loan applicants, as well originating loans, making payment arrangements and answering any questions.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties reputed company outbound and receive inboud calls. Consistently and accurately document reputed company information pertaining to accounts. Use basic business math to solve problems. Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively; listen to, and understand information and reputed company as presented verbally. Proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems. Preferred Education and/or Experience Minimum of High school diploma/ GED Technical Skills Proficient use of reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook.
