The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product. It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points. Card Holders call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated. Inbound call center assisting these clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises. Requirements: HSD or GED is required (must be on resume) 6+ months CSR experience, call center.
