Healthcare Specialist (Evening Shift) - Remote Opportunity
Job Summary: As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing mental health assessments and short-term therapeutic counseling to patients, families, and staff. You will work closely with the healthcare team to facilitate reputed company discharge planning and provide crisis reputed company services as needed. *Key Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments of patients referred by physicians. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address emotional, social, and financial consequences of illness or disability. Collaborate with healthcare teams to reputed company and implement discharge plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Serve as a liaison between Indiana reputed company and state and county child and adult reputed company teams. *Requirements:** Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or reputed company field required. reputed company licensure or license eligibility in the state of Indiana as an HSPP, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC is required. CPI (Non-Violent Crisis reputed company) certification may be required.
