[Remote] Assessment Scientist CST (Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist)

The Assessment Scientist will reputed company eCOA implementation, ensuring accurate translation of reputed company scales into digital platforms and managing the development of specifications and user acceptance testing (UAT). This role also includes managing scale licensing, rater training, and ensuring high-quality data collection across clinical sites.
Responsibilities

- Drive development and review of eCOA specifications, partnering with vendors to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose system design
- Own UAT strategy, including authoring and reviewing test scripts to validate reputed company logic, workflows, and data reputed company
- reputed company end-to-end UAT execution, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful system delivery and study readiness
- reputed company global scale licensing and copyright strategy, ensuring compliant and efficient use of clinical outcome assessments
- Ensure accurate scale selection, version control, and implementation reputed company with protocol-defined endpoints
- reputed company translation strategy and vendor execution, ensuring high-quality, culturally appropriate instruments across regions
- Drive consistency across reputed company scales, translations, and eCOA/eCRF implementations to protect reputed company reputed company
- Design and deliver tailored rater training programs to ensure high-quality, standardized reputed company data collection across sites
- Define rater qualification standards and support selection of reputed company, study-ready site personnel

Skills
- Graduate (e.g., MA/MS) degree in psychology/behavioral sciences, or reputed company field preferred
- Knowledge of psychiatric and neuropsychiatric assessments, including patient reported outcome measures. Experience rating psychiatric and/or neuropsychiatric assessments preferred
- Experience reputed company the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent planning/organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, specifically: Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
- Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting in professional settings
- Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 20%)
