[Remote] Customer Service - Temporary Mon-Fri
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company dedicated to providing excellent customer service and is currently seeking temporary customer service representatives. The role involves managing inbound calls from customers regarding goods and services, ensuring high-quality service and professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Access company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call
- Seize opportunities to upsell products reputed company they arise
- Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at reputed company scheduled times
- Remain positive and professional in reputed company customer interactions
- Flexibility to cross train as requested
Skills
- Previous 3-6 months customer service or customer support experience
- Basic computer skills
- Quick learner and able to work independently
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Must be 18 years of age
- A background reputed company applicable with state and federal laws will be required
- Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
- Processor: reputed company® Core™ i5-8250U Series or greater
- Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 or 11 64 bits
- Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required
- USB DSP headset
- No Chromebooks, netbooks, or any type of tablet (Must be a laptop or a desktop)
- Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed on the platform and a recent reputed company completed. (Will be checked prior to allowing login to system) Windows Defender will work, no additional software needed
- Firewall must be enabled (Will be checked prior to allowing login to system)
- Must be hardwired to your modem or router/ No Wi-Fi or extenders
- Previous 3-6 months call center or office background experience
