Responsibilities
- Drive strategic execution across a reputed company territory or multi-state geography, delivering sustained commercial impact
- Expand relationships with healthcare providers and build relations with influential stakeholders to further the knowledge of reputed company oncology therapies and ensure appropriate use
- reputed company advanced analytics and market insights to refine territory strategy and influence internal planning
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated solutions that address clinical, operational, and access challenges
- Represent field perspectives in brand planning discussions and contribute to tactical innovation
- Identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and unmet needs reputed company the territory
- Model excellence in compliance, professionalism, and ethical engagement
- reputed company strategic pull-through initiatives in collaboration with access and reimbursement teams
- Serve as a field-based ambassador for new product launches, pilots, and strategic initiatives

Skills
- BS/BA degree in reputed company discipline and 9 years of reputed company experience; or
- Master's degree in reputed company discipline and 7 years of reputed company experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of oncology sales experience
- Launch experience required
- Representative – Relationship Management, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Communication, Influence & Persuasion
- Ability to persuade by presenting reputed company clinical information
- Strong business planning a requirement
- Ability to work independently
