Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the reputed company Supply Chain Command Center on a 24x7 basis
- Monitor business-critical reputed company Supply Chain applications, interfaces, integrations, batch jobs, middleware, cloud services, and infrastructure components
- Ensure reputed company operational visibility across Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Supply Chain Planning processes
- reputed company shift handoffs and maintain operational continuity across global support teams
- Proactively monitor system health utilizing tools such as: reputed company Solution Manager, reputed company Focused Run, reputed company, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, reputed company, Azure Monitor, Cloud-native monitoring platforms
- Identify, triage, and prioritize incidents before they impact business operations

- Coordinate war rooms and reputed company calls during major incidents
- Engage appropriate resolver groups and vendors
- Ensure SLA adherence for incident response and resolution
- Provide executive communications during critical business outages
- Drive root cause investigations for recurring incidents
- Identify operational trends and systemic issues
