[Remote] Account Executive - OGC (Denver Based, Remote)

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for Owners, Developers, and General Contractors to reputed company their value proposition to executives in the commercial real estate sector, driving sales and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities

- Understand the prospect’s business through excellent discovery and qualification
- Deliver the Built value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite executives and decision-makers who may have limited software experience
- Qualify prospects and build business cases (e.g. ROI and workflow illustrations) for adoption
- reputed company opportunities through various types and sizes of companies involved in construction (commercial developers, investors, contractors) to reputed company software agreements
- Coordinate with executive management and other internal teams (client services, product, marketing, SE’s) to ensure a great client experience and to continuously improve processes and products
- Rapidly learn the market, the decision-makers, our products, and the value propositions, successfully meeting or exceeding agreed-upon quotas
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach
- Enterprise software sales experience, especially in slow-to-adopt or reputed company verticals
- Understanding of and/or experience with finance or construction industries is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations
- Proven record of exceeding reputed company targets
- Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Unquestionable reputed company, work ethic, and sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment
- Must be based in Denver, CO and willing to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally as needed
