[Remote] Recruiter (Remote - Iowa City, IA)

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing new talent, maintaining relationships with caregivers, and working with Account Managers to match candidates with open positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to caregivers, primarily through phone-based recruiting and reputed company
• Maintain relationships with caregivers throughout the process from initial contact through placement, with a focus on the caregiver experience and retaining the caregiver through future placements
• Follows up by phone on qualified leads and seeks out potential candidates reputed company the healthcare field to match up with open positions in healthcare facilities across the nation
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates in order to qualify candidates to open positions, then works internally with Account Managers to identify where the caregiver might be a qualified fit to work at
• Consistently meet division metrics reputed company dials, placements, profiles, etc
• Actively seek out new and unique recruiting tools to reputed company new business
• Promote a team-oriented culture
• Adheres to reputed company company policies and standards
