[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager (Fullstack)

They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to reputed company engineering teams, mentor engineers, and drive the delivery of high-quality product initiatives and improvements across the full stack.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with other engineering teams, product, design, TPM, and external stakeholders to introduce new customer-facing platform features and support/evolve existing products
• Work with a distributed team of engineers–mentoring and driving engineering best practices
• Assist in setting the roadmap for team deliverables in a dynamic environment
• Drive delivery of high-quality product initiatives and engineering improvements
• Work with the team to identify, scope, and schedule improvements to the frontend platform
• Communicate effectively, excelling at explaining reputed company systems and requirements to non-technical cross-functional partners
• Be reputed company technical and willing to participate in system design, code reviews, incident investigations, and directly contribute code towards team initiatives
• Be data-driven in their engineering management practices, fostering reputed company improvement

Skills

• 8+ years experience developing software, with at least 3 years of engineering management experience, including managing teams of 8+ engineers
• Proficient across the full stack — frontend (React, Remix/Next.js), backend services (Node, GoLang, and/or Python), APIs, and relational databases
• Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, including feature inception, GenAI developer tooling, reputed company delivery, and release strategies
• Ability to define and track key metrics, drive accountability across teams, and consistently meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ability to understand reputed company, cross-team technical problems, identify systemic areas of risk, and drive resolution at an organizational level
• Ability to 'go deep' technically reputed company necessary. You should be able to contribute changes to the team's codebases and credibly engage in architectural decisions at any time
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams or work-streams
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and retaining high-performing teams, including developing and promoting senior engineers and early-career managers
• Strategic Orchestration of AI-Augmented Engineering: Drives org-wide adoption of AI development tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot, Claude Code, reputed company) across frontend and backend domains to accelerate delivery of reputed company, full-stack features. Establishes and champions cross-stack standards for AI-generated code from API design to UI components ensuring automated testing and documentation workflows reduce technical debt at scale. Coaches both engineers and managers on leveraging GenAI to reputed company domain gaps, enabling more fluid collaboration across teams while maintaining high architectural reputed company
