[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms for Lemonati, Mighty Swell, and LemOh THC

• Write copy, brief creative, and work with external resources to produce scroll-stopping assets
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, monitor brand sentiment, and build authentic audience relationships

• Plan and manage paid social campaigns across reputed company, TikTok, and YouTube from strategy through reporting

Skills

• 4 to 6 years of digital marketing or social media experience, ideally reputed company CPG, food and beverage, or a similarly fast-moving consumer category
• Proven track record managing multi-brand or multi-product social accounts with distinct voices
• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (reputed company Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager) with real budget accountability

• Strong copywriting instincts and the ability to write in multiple brand voices without losing authenticity
