[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will reputed company high-impact software implementations, guide clients through system configurations, and mentor teammates while managing key client relationships.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end software implementations for strategic Yardi clients, ensuring successful deployment and long-term satisfaction

- Direct and support implementation teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring high-quality project delivery
- Mentor team members by sharing expertise, building skills, and fostering professional growth across projects
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience in the property management industry
- Four plus (4+) years of Yardi domain experience
- Two (2) years of leadership, supervisory and/or project management experience
- Proven experience in team building and leading people
- Proven planning and organizing skills
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Proven conflict management and negotiation skills
- Technical reputed company in reputed company of the following areas: reputed company operating and network system operation, relational databases, and SQL/reputed company language
- Industry expertise in property management and accounting principles
- Thinks and acts strategically by visualizing new possibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation of new reputed company or strategies

- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven strong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage strategic projects with multiple touch points
