This role involves leading the governance and optimization of enterprise DAM capabilities, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective management of digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the DAM product roadmap and backlog
- Gather, define, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable DAM solutions
- reputed company discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and solution planning activities
- Establish and maintain DAM governance, metadata standards, taxonomy structures, and asset lifecycle processes
- Drive DAM platform enhancements, implementations, migrations, and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with Agile delivery teams throughout planning, development, testing, and release cycles
- Support integrations between DAM and enterprise platforms including CMS, PIM, ecommerce, marketing, and creative systems
- Define KPIs and reporting to measure adoption, asset usage, search effectiveness, and operational performance

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Marketing Operations, Content Operations, or reputed company fields
- Proven experience as a Product reputed company, Product Manager, Business Analyst, DAM reputed company, or similar role supporting enterprise platforms
- Strong expertise in DAM governance, metadata management, taxonomy design, asset lifecycle management, and content operations
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Experience Manager Assets (reputed company Assets) or a comparable enterprise DAM platform
- Experience leading DAM implementations, migrations, platform enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong background in requirements gathering, backlog management, user story development, and Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive governance, adoption, training, and organizational change initiatives
- Experience with reputed company as a Cloud Service and reputed company Experience Cloud solutions
- Knowledge of content supply chain processes and enterprise content operations
- Experience integrating DAM platforms with CMS, PIM, ecommerce, marketing automation, analytics, and creative tools
- Agile, Scrum, Product reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company discipline
