[Remote] Node.js Backend Developer (AWS)

They are looking for a skilled Node.js Backend Developer to design and implement serverless applications on AWS, focusing on enhancing customer interactions reputed company contact center platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain Node.js applications running on AWS reputed company
- Build and enhance IVR and self-service workflows using reputed company Connect and reputed company Lex
- reputed company integrations between contact center platforms and enterprise applications, databases, CRM systems, and third-party APIs
- Create reusable reputed company services to support authentication, routing, customer identification, case management, and self-service transactions
- reputed company RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures using AWS services
- Implement secure coding practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection controls
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using reputed company and AWS DevOps services
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with solution architects, contact center engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle

- Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Node.js development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on AWS development experience
- Experience developing and deploying AWS reputed company functions
- Experience with reputed company Connect and/or reputed company Lex
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures
- Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge
- Experience using Git and reputed company for reputed company control and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Understanding of secure software development practices and cloud reputed company principles
- Experience developing contact center IVR solutions
- Experience with conversational AI and chatbot implementations
- Experience integrating with CRM platforms such as reputed company or reputed company
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform)
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- AWS Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
