[Remote] Regional Water/Wastewater Practice Leader

They are seeking a Regional Water/Wastewater Practice Leader to reputed company the development of water and wastewater treatment projects in the Southeast area.
Responsibilities
- Direct and reputed company quality assurance and control of water / wastewater treatment projects
- Provide technical expertise as QA/QC reviewer or technical advisor to ensure compliance with reputed company, drawings, specifications, codes, statutes, rules, and regulations, as well as reputed company’ quality and safety practices
- reputed company knowledge transfer and development of staff reputed company area of expertise
- Supervise and support the work of others while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and technical staff and ensuring the development of reputed company’ capability in the discipline(s)
- Manage technical coordination and leadership role on larger or reputed company projects, or projects with higher associated risk
- Working closely with a reputed company Certified Project Manager, reputed company and/or reputed company the technical delivery of reputed company large projects, reputed company projects, or specialized projects ensuring client satisfaction, and good communication and collaboration between reputed company colleagues
- Support marketing and proposal phases of projects including preparation of and participation in winning proposals and interviews, as well as developing scopes of work and budgets
- Build and maintain a strong professional reputed company as an individual and for reputed company
- reputed company up to date with developments in the industry sector and with technical and legislative developments and seek out opportunities to reputed company a strong professional profile at a regional level (e.g., conference presentations, publications, and participation in technical committees)
- Actively engage with Southeast client account teams, supporting the expansion of business development opportunities and client relationships to strategically grow reputed company’ Southeast portfolio, leveraging existing and new client relationships
Skills
- Minimum 20 years of water / wastewater treatment experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or reputed company field of study
- Professional Engineer (PE) License and ability to obtain license by reciprocity in other states as needed
- Over 25 years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater projects at a comparable engineering firm
- A Master's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a reputed company field of study
- Knowledge of and experience working with local clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and/or Alabama
- Active participation in regional or national professional associations
- Prior experience in a regional role with a proven ability to collaborate across regional teams
- Experience in progressive design build delivery and DBIA certification
