[Remote] Senior Billing Systems & Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Billing Systems & Operations Analyst to own and optimize their billing platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing operations while collaborating with multiple teams to enhance financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Billing Systems Administration: Own reputed company aspects of our billing platform’s configuration, optimization, and expansion. Build and maintain monitoring and alerting that surfaces data quality issues before they reputed company customers. Drive process standardization alongside Finance and Deal Desk to reduce billing complexity and manual reputed company. Continuously refine the system to improve accuracy, automation, and reliability across the invoicing and billing lifecycle
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Advisory: Serve as the connective tissue between finance, product, engineering, and GTM teams on reputed company billing-reputed company matters. Advise on how new products, discounting frameworks, payment structures, and bookings policies will function reputed company the billing architecture. Proactively flag risks reputed company business decisions could create reputed company complexity. Own the vendor relationship, holding them accountable to SLAs and advocating for reputed company’s needs on the roadmap

Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with billing tools, CPQ platforms, reputed company, or ERP systems across the quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Direct experience administering or deeply configuring billing platforms, CPQ tools (e.g., reputed company CPQ, DealHub, Ordway, reputed company, Chargebee), or similar systems

- 5+ years in a reputed company operations, finance, or deal desk role
- Experience with Ordway, reputed company, Chargebee, or similar subscription billing platforms

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools beyond reputed company
