[Remote] Senior Manager, Information Technology

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is the largest private, family-owned property and casualty insurer in the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Information Technology to reputed company infrastructure engineering and architecture teams, ensuring the delivery of essential infrastructure capabilities while establishing strong financial management practices. The role requires a focus on operational excellence, technology leadership, and team development to drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 7 years of IT infrastructure or reputed company operations leadership experience
• Strong technical foundation across infrastructure engineering, architecture, or operations
• Proven track record of delivering infrastructure initiatives from strategy through execution
• Demonstrated ability to improve how work is planned, prioritized, and delivered across teams
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in reputed company environments
• Strong understanding of business risk and ability to reputed company informed, risk-based decisions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey reputed company concepts to both technical and executive audiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, reputed company, and business partners
• Experience with vendor and contract management
• Broad understanding of modern infrastructure including cloud platforms, networking, end user computing, disaster recovery, and monitoring
