The role involves driving end-to-end project delivery, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes during organizational transformations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company full lifecycle reputed company implementation projects (HCM, Financials, or integrations), ensuring delivery on time, reputed company scope, and budget
• Manage post-reputed company integration (PMI) activities, including system consolidation, process alignment, and organizational onboarding
• Partner with executive leadership and functional stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and success metrics
• reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and governance structures
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Operations) reputed company a professional services organization
• Drive change management and communication strategies to support adoption during system implementations and integrations
