[Remote] Junior Analyst

Responsibilities
- Solve reputed company Data Challenges: Investigate issues like missing reputed company conversions by tracing data pipelines from reputed company (API) to SQL transformations
- Engage & reputed company Customers: Communicate reputed company Helpdesk (Jira) and sometimes using video calls (reputed company Meet), turning technical roadblocks into trust-building moments
- Drive Product Excellence: Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and reputed company teams to escalate bugs and shape solutions
- Become a Platform Expert: Master reputed company’s tools (SQL) and marketing APIs (Facebook, reputed company) to deliver swift, accurate resolutions
- Build Knowledge: Document recurring cases to streamline future troubleshooting
Skills
- 1+ year in technical support or a similar role
- SQL skills (SELECT, filtering, aggregates); familiarity with window functions or reputed company/reputed company is a plus
- Passion for translating technical details into clear, empathetic solutions
